A comment I made in a journal. I want other people to see it and read it as well. This happens constantly. I've seen a lot of regular members assume they know who someone is when they have no clue. When this happens it causes so many problems that are unnecessary. Admin will never give out profile information- like who a profile belongs to. So, take the 'I know who that is' comments with a grain of salt.



You are wrong with thinking the other profiles belong to him. It was another member entirely. That happens all the time when regular members think they know who people are for sure. When people assume they know who someone is and they don't.. it provides unnecessary issues.

Okay.. the issues with the dude was handled over an hour ago.. How about we let the dead horse remain dead and stop beating it. Because really, it's over.

Just because I know my comment will be deleted. And some people need to be remind that on a privatively owned website you do not have freedom of speech.

I don't know what's worse, his refusal to acknowledge that the site is privately owned and that there are are rules in place that need to be followed or the unintelligible journal entries he's posting attempting to argue his invalid point. Eh, guess no one is going to accuse this guy of being remotely intelligent any time soon.

As for this guy seems I am the only one he deleted my reply to his journal. I am so hurt. I have never seen anyone destroy the English language like her does. He takes the award. Now I hope he self deletes and he can take his GF who post she can be shot in the head and live and the government has a file on her, with him. Maybe its the same Government he plans to report Moonie and VR too.

I make it pretty clear on my profile (also I have in journals) that I do not want messages of I've rated you, Rated return the favor, I've given you honor (return the favor) or whatever. I barely rate. Most of those messages are sent because they want a 10 rating back. I don't bother because I won't give you a 10. I don't believe in this '10 by participation' thing. I think it's a bunch of crap.



If I get a message I'll do two things- delete said message or reply with a form of 'I have a Premium Membership. I can see who's rated me, so I don't need the message that you've done so'.



I don't care what people rate me. It doesn't define my time on VR. BUT if you show you're ass act act like a fool because I've pointed out a Premium Membership feature that I have, you're damn right I will slap your profile with a 1 and even some negative honor to boot.



Oh and if you have any question as to whom the Adminstrative team is on VR, then check Here or even on a persons profile under rank it will say.







The more you know! Because looking like an ass is lame.

I first started my Coven (Odyssee Infinite Vitalite) in August, 2007. The idea was formed and brought to life with the minds of Punkie and KamarillaKaine. Within the first two and a half years we thrived. We evolved the Coven and renamed it Existere. I was surrounded by close wonderful friends and two best friends helping me keep it in order. And then on May 22, 2010, Punkie (Faith) was lost to us. The Coven felt a huge loss that it never really recovered from. We bandaged it up the best way we could, but a wound was always felt. Then KamarillaKaine (Tracye) went through some things and couldn't get online. She came on when she could, but it wasn't' very often. And then she passed away (June 30, 2015) as well. I tried to breathe some new life into it with a name change of Obscure. When I was promoted to Regent, the Coven to a leadership change. Ducky ran it for awhile and then she was promoted to House Master. When that happened I took the Coven back over with my Obscurity profile.



Obscure has remained 'vacant' for a long time. It basically has become nothing more than a hall of memories; a shrine to those that were lost and held dear. Within the next week or so, I've decided to move some of those threads to my journal to keep. I don't want to lose them. It doesn't matter how long they've been gone, I still want to be able to read over them and be transported back to when they were here.

After that, and after a lot of thought, I've decided to close the doors on Obscure. 9 years is a great run for a Coven. While I'll be a little sad, I know it's just something I don't want to hold onto anymore.



I've meet some really great people in that place. Most have left, but I still have the memories.

I really hope that after Cancer implements the new updates to VR, it will bring a new flux of members. And I really, REALLY hope those new members don't get involved with the crowd that is constantly in one shit show or another; that they will see the real and not be blinded by the falseness. I hope those new members bring a fresh voice to VR, and become productive members here- whether they remain a free member of choose to buy a Premium Membership. I hope those new members bring other new members and fill this place with intelligence, laughs and an a vibrance.



And I hope that all those things drown out the constant drivel and pushes it back towards the insignificant place it belongs. I hope it brings back some of the people who've left over the years.



I, and I am sure some others, want to be able to get lost in VR again. Get lost in the place where intelligence thrives, people laugh and time passes out of nowhere because of a deep enjoyment. I want to be able to people watch and be vicarious. I want to feel that twinge of sadness they feel because of something. I want to feel that smile on my face because of a good moment. I want to feel their uncertainty, confusion, passion or outrage. I want to read a response to a question that makes me think about things.



I guess what we want and what we get are two different things since the only thing I basically see anymore is who's e-fucking who. Who's friends, enemies and then friends again. Who's trying to be friends with everyone so they can gather gossip. So on and so forth. One thing I can say for sure about those situations- I do not feel sorry for anyone involved. Especially since it's a never ending cycle with the same. Drama may sell, but only you decide whether you'll be a part of it.



Some are going to stay 'Well, stop reading it' and to that I say- You don't have to read it. You see it on the main journal page, you see it flow into kismets and you see it passive aggressiveness all around. It's much like being in the center of a room filled with garbage; no matter which way you look it's surrounding.



Which is a major reason as to why I keep to myself and do not interact. Sometimes you have to remove yourself from things all together in order to remain true to your sense of morals.



Call me stuck up. Call me a bitch. Call me a hypocrite. Call me whatever you want. It matters to me, not. *I* know who I am. People in my life know who I am. I can't, nor will I, ask for anything more than that.

I love how you think!

I so long to log in here and find some of those deep thinkers who used to get involved in discussions at the drop of a hat as long as you could enjoy thinking outside the box. I would so love to follow along one of those threads again and maybe even participate again. One of my favorite memories here was a long conversation I had with Stabb over education. I cannot even remember how it began but it went on for several hours as we exchanged ideas and arguments from opposite viewpoints with respect.

Even in my short time here, 3 years, I have seen a downfall of this community. My first 6 months here was great. Now I have just been hoping it gets that good again. The Forums did not have role-players posing and was deep discussions. Good debates went on. Covens were active. The community just had a good feel to it. Now I sometimes wonder if I will renew next year. However, when Cancer announced the new updates soon- I got stocked. Lets hope what you post comes true.
